My practice focuses on Business and Commercial Law and Estate Planning and Probate, as well as Family Law and Litigation.  I serve clients in western Riverside County and western San Bernardino County in California.

I believe your interests are best served by choosing a lawyer who offers a breadth of legal services and experience.  I can prepare a better business contract for you because I have tried the substance of those agreements before judges and juries.  I can design a better estate plan for your family because I have handled will contests and trustee disputes in court.  Understanding business law puts me in a better position to help clients who want to develop a succession plan for their business assets. I also handle divorce cases for clients when significant assets are involved in the distribution of property.

I have been practicing law in Riverside County since 1977.  I am a member of the panel of settlement officers of the California Court of Appeal and the Riverside County Bar Dispute Resolution Services.  I also serve on the board of directors of the Riverside County Bar Association.
